Comprehensive Nutrition Counseling Package
"I was hesitant at first to have a meeting with a nutritionist, but instead of feeling guilty or defeated, I felt empowered and excited after our first meeting. Not only was Janette positive and supportive of my goals, she outlined a meal plan, gave me the best recipes I have ever enjoyed, and sent me video links to educate and answer every question I had. She detailed easy and delicious foods that will restore my body’s balance, and promote the wellness it needs to stave off disease. I highly recommend Janette Beier to everyone who wants to improve their health and outlook on life!” -CJ Dunham
