Dumbbell Toning
Strength training with light-medium dumbbells, isolating muscle groups with reps choreographed to music for a form-focused, full-body toning workout. Modifications accommodate all fitness levels or physical limitations.
Mindfulness workshop
This Monthly workshop incorporates multiple mindful and metaphysical techniques, including guided meditation, sound healing, aromatherapy, crystal chakra alignment, breath work, and oracle card guidance. This class is designed to help students tune inward and identify their deepest needs and feelings, and give themselves meaningful self-care, personal guidance, and mental/ spiritual rejuvenation.
All Levels Vinyasa Yoga
Yoga flow that incorporates strength, balance, flexibility, breathwork, and mind/body connection. This class welcomes first-timers through seasoned yogies, with variations for all levels.
Cardio Sculpt
Combination moves using multiple fitness tools with a focus on strengthening all major muscle groups, intermixed with cardio intervals. This class incorporates variety and functional training to strengthen and tone in creative and fun ways. All fitness levels are welcome and supported.
HIIT
High intensity interval training. Students rotate through single-move workout stations performed at personal-max ability for short intervals of work and recovery. Exercises target upper body, lower body, cardio, and core. Each station can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels.
Deep Stretch Yoga
Guided recovery flow that incorporates deep stretch, balance, and breathwork, wrapping up with a guided meditation. Enjoy blankets, herbal tea, and dim lighting to encourage deep relaxation. This class is for all levels and pairs perfectly with all other fitness classes for necessary recovery and flexibility.
