Nourishing Nog

This Creamy, dreamy holiday nog recipe is specially curated to nourish your body's winter needs of increased immunity, energy, digestion, and hydration.


Serves: 1


Ingredients:


1 c. cashew milk

2 Tbs. cashews

2-3 medjool dates

1 dash cinnamon (about 1/4 tsp.)

1 dash nutmeg (about 1/4 tsp.)

1 tsp. real maple syrup (optional for added sweetness)


Directions:


Soak cashews and dates in warm water for 20 min. (unless using a high-power blender like Vitamix). Soak the Dates separately in very little water, and add the water to the blender if much of the natural date syrup has released into it. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve over ice. Enjoy!
